Yes! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the ShineOn facility. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
We begin processing orders as soon as they’re placed to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@purrkiss.com . After production starts, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order.
We’re so sorry if your order arrives less than perfect. Please email info@purrkiss.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package: Check with household members and neighbors. Contact your local post office.
