Once shipped, estimated delivery times are: USA: 2–5 business days Canada & Europe: 5–10 business days Rest of the world: 10–15 business days Please note: shipping times may vary depending on location, holidays, and customs.

4. Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order leaves the ShineOn facility. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they’re placed to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@purrkiss.com . After production starts, we’re unable to modify or cancel the order.

6. What if my jewelry arrives damaged or defective?

We’re so sorry if your order arrives less than perfect. Please email info@purrkiss.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll gladly replace it at no cost to you.

7. What is your return or refund policy?

Because all jewelry pieces are custom made to order, we do not accept returns or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. For more details, please review our Return & Refund Policy.

8. What happens if my package is lost or marked “delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find your package: Check with household members and neighbors. Contact your local post office. If you still need help, email us at info@purrkiss.com and we’ll assist as best we can. Please note that we’re not responsible for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

9. Can I include my own custom message?

At this time, we don’t offer fully custom message cards. However, we’re always adding new designs — check back often for new options!
